H. Paul Shuch is a Visiting Professor of Electrical Engineering,
Heidelberg University of Applied Science (Germany) and Executive
Director Emeritus, The SETI League, Inc.
He
is a radio astronomer, radio telescope designer, and developer of the
world's first commercial home satellite TV receiver. His US patents
include Binaural Doppler Collision Alert System for General Aviation
Aircraft; Adaptive Microwave Antenna Array. He is a full member of the
International Academy of Astronautics, and Co-Chair of its SETI
Permanent Study Group.
